Title: Event Planner

About Us
Allinial Global is a global association of independent accounting and advisory firms committed to helping member firms grow, collaborate, and better serve their clients. Through a connected international community, Allinial Global provides opportunities for knowledge sharing, professional development, innovation, and collaboration across markets. Our team works in a dynamic, global environment where relationships, service, and continuous improvement are at the heart of what we do.

Role Overview
We are seeking an Event Planner to lead event registration, attendee technology, communications, and data management for Allinial Global programs. Reporting to the VP of Global Events, you will serve as the primary resource for registration platforms and event applications, partnering with the Global Events team to deliver accurate, efficient, and seamless attendee experiences. This is a hands-on, technology-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, solving problems, and using event technology to enhance the attendee journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, configure, and manage registration sites for global events, including registration paths, pricing, invitation lists, session enrollment, and attendee communications.
  • Serve as the primary administrator and functional resource for registration platforms and related event-management technology.
  • Manage event mobile applications, including agendas, speaker and exhibitor information, maps, surveys, networking features, and attendee notifications.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing across registration websites, event apps, attendee communications, and technology integrations, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Execute attendee communications, including confirmations, reminders, final details, and post-event follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate registration and attendee data, monitor registration and engagement trends, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to improve processes and the attendee experience.
  • Coordinate registration-related housing needs, including rooming lists, special requests, and attendee inquiries, in partnership with the Global Events team and hotel partners.
  • Support strategic partners and sponsors with registration, event technology, onsite materials, signage, shipping, and other attendee-facing requirements.
  • Support onsite registration, including badge production, check-in, attendee assistance, and event-app support.
  • Maintain event records, attendance documentation, and evaluations required to support NASBA/CPE compliance.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience administering registration and event-management platforms such as Cvent, Stova, Eventbrite, Swoogo, or comparable solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience building complex registration sites, managing attendee data, configuring event applications, and producing event-performance reports.
  • Strong understanding of event-technology workflows, quality assurance, data management, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience working with learning-management and event-management systems.
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines while working independently and collaborating effectively across a geographically distributed team.
  • A strong service orientation, sound judgment, resourcefulness, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally for onsite event support as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CMP/CMM or similar credentials a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $75,000–$85,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Eligibility for discretionary annual bonus.
  • Employer-paid health insurance.
  • Profit sharing contribution plan.
  • Remote work environment, with travel to events as needed.

How to Apply
Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your experience with event registration and technology platforms, including Cvent or similar systems, and your experience managing registration, attendee data, event applications, or other event-technology workflows.
