Event Planning & Execution Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute offline events, including roadshows, exhibitions, brand activations, salon events, and retail activities.
• Develop event proposals, project timelines, budgets, and execution plans, ensuring smooth coordination throughout the entire event process.
• Coordinate with venues, suppliers, contractors, production teams, and event crews to ensure successful event delivery.
• Monitor event progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Support the marketing and sales teams in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales conversion through offline events.
• Oversee on-site event operations, troubleshoot issues promptly, and ensure a seamless experience for guests and participants.
• Compile event data, collect photos and videos, and prepare post-event reports and performance summaries.
• Assist in daily marketing administrative tasks, documentation, and other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Event Management, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in event planning, event execution, marketing activation, or campaign management.
• Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred, with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Familiar with the end-to-end event management process, including planning, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in preparing presentations and event proposals is an advantage.
• Possessing an event portfolio or prior experience managing large-scale events is highly preferred.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required for events.

Skills

• Strong event planning, project management, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience in budget planning, scheduling, and event coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of marketing activations, brand campaigns, and customer engagement strategies is an advantage.

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in event planning, marketing execution, brand activation, or campaign management.
• Experience handling exhibitions, roadshows, product launches, or promotional events is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and strong event portfolios are encouraged to apply.
