Event Planning Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage outreach pipelines for event partnerships and collaborations.
• Connect with corporates, CSR teams, NGOs, Trusts, educational institutions, Rotary & Lions Clubs, and community organizations.
• Source and coordinate with venues, vendors, and service partners.
• Support sponsorship discussions, partnership development, and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
• Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term relationships with partners and vendors.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
