Event Porter

Hotel El Roblar

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Event Porter to support our events team with setup, breakdown, and general event operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down events.
• Move and arrange tables, chairs, and other event equipment.
• Assist event staff with event setup and cleanup.
• Work closely with event staff, vendors, and other hotel departments.
• Keep event areas clean, organized, and ready for guests.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving event supplies and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move 50–75 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Able to work well with a team.
• Good communication and a positive attitude.
• Previous hotel, events, banquet, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
