Event Producer / Event Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from concept to on-site production
• Develop creative event concepts, proposals and presentations
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers and internal teams
• Manage event setup, production and on-site operations
• Coordinate event logistics, AV, LED, lighting and other production requirements
• Ensure events are delivered smoothly and according to plan

Requirements

• Event production experience is preferred
• Candidates without event experience are welcome if you have strong creative ideas and a genuine interest in events
• Creative, proactive and able to think outside the box
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to be involved in hands-on event execution
