Event Production Assistant

DFW – NOW HIRING $25–$30/hour

Part-Time / Project-Based / Pick-Up Shifts

The Hands Team (THT) is looking for reliable Event Production Assistants to help with a corporate event in Dallas. This work is primarily event load-in/load-out support: moving boxes, greenery, supplies, and equipment; helping transport items around the venue; and assisting the event team wherever needed.

No event experience is required. We’re looking for dependable people who can work hard, follow instructions, and show up on time.

THE WORK:

• Moving boxes, greenery, supplies, and event materials around the venue
• Assisting with load-in and load-out
• Helping the onsite event team with general production support
• Keeping work areas organized and clear
• Following directions from the lead and working well with the team

Dates: Sunday, October 25 - Wednesday, October 28

WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Reliable people who can work their full scheduled shift
• Comfortable lifting and moving boxes/materials, up to 50 lbs
• Able to follow instructions and work efficiently
• Comfortable working on your feet for the duration of a shift
• Available for one or more of the shifts above
• Event, warehouse, moving, or production experience is a plus—but not required
