Event Production Crew Member

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Event Production Crew Member to assist with the execution of our events. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environment, has some technical production knowledge and is willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in end to end event production (pre-production, on-site execution, post-event wrap)

Help with load-ins, installations, rehearsals, event management, and breakdowns

Collaborate with creative, marketing, and client teams to bring event visions to life

Ensure safety compliance and contingency planning

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of audio-visual, lighting, staging, and technical production

Strong organization and problem solving skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Self-starter with good communication skills and attention to detail

Possesses a strong work ethic and who is reliable and willing to be on time

Ability to lift and move 50LBS and work on ladders

Must have a valid driver's license

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in the event or theatrical industries

Experienced user of lighting and audio-visual equipment

Technical knowledge of virtual event platforms (Zoom, Google video, etc)
