Event production Executive

• Coordinate closely with the CRM/Client Servicing team to understand client requirements, event briefs, and any last-minute changes communicated by the client.
• Ensure the design finalised with the client is executed accurately on ground, without deviation in layout, branding, or specifications.
• Lead the on-site production team by example — demonstrating punctuality, discipline, and work ethic that colleagues can follow.
• Use strong influencing ability to keep the production team, vendors, and labour motivated and aligned to get the work completed within timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors (fabrication, décor, lighting, sound, furniture, flowers, etc.) to ensure smooth, on-time delivery and installation of materials.
• Manage on-site labour — deployment, task allocation, supervision, and productivity — across setup, live event, and dismantling phases.
• Plan and supervise the complete execution timeline: site measurement, setup, rehearsal/walkthrough, live event support, and dismantling/de-rig.
• Conduct pre-event site inspections to check quality, safety, and readiness against the approved design and client brief.
• Take quick, on-ground decisions to resolve last-minute issues (material shortage, vendor delay, layout changes) without compromising the client experience.
• Maintain records of material inward/outward, wastage, and equipment used at site.
• Ensure all safety protocols and site discipline are followed by labour, vendors, and third-party contractors.
• Coordinate transport and logistics of material, manpower, and equipment to and from the venue.
• Provide regular execution status updates to the Production Manager/Project Manager.
• Support inventory checks, asset handling, and return of unused/rented material post-event.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with regular vendors and labour contractors for consistent event quality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
