Event Project Coordinator

Kick-start your events career with hands-on experience across corporate events, exhibitions, roadshows and activations.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate closely with internal teams to prepare event materials, manpower, schedules, and onsite arrangements.
• Support the development of event proposals, timelines, floor plans, and logistic documents.
• Handle venue and equipment sourcing, delivery arrangements, and setup/teardown coordination.
• Conduct internal briefings and ensure all teams are aligned on event requirements.
• Assist with promoter recruitment, scheduling, and deployment for sales or roadshow events.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, and post-event reporting.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma in Events/Marketing/Business (ITE/O Levels with experience welcome).

• Strong coordination, communication and teamwork skills.

• Bilingual candidates preferred to support communication across teams and vendors.

• Organized, detailed, and able to work under pressure.

• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends/PHs, depending on event schedules.

• Experience in exhibitions, production, or roadshows is an advantage.
