Event Project Coordinator (Junior Level)

We are looking for an Event Project Coordinator (Junior Level) to support the planning and execution of events and marketing projects. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, vendors, and partners to coordinate project timelines, logistics, and on-site execution, ensuring smooth and successful event delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, timelines, budgets, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, contractors, and agencies.
• Support event logistics, venue setup, staffing, equipment, materials, and on-site execution.
• Track project progress, follow up on action items, and help resolve issues.
• Prepare project documents, presentations, and post-event reports.
• Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders in English.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or related fields.
• 1–3 years’ experience in event, project coordination, marketing, production, or agency environments. Agency/Production experience preferred.
• Good English communication and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong organisation, multitasking, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, responsible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel and work at event sites, including non-standard hours when required.
