Event Project Executive

We’re Hiring: Project Executive

MICE Experience Asia is looking for a dynamic and passionate Project Executive to join our team!

If you have experience in hospitality, events management, MICE, or project coordination, and you have a creative eye with strong attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

-Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events, meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE).

-Manage event projects from concept development and planning through to on-site execution.

-Coordinate with clients, hotels, venues, suppliers, vendors and event partners.

-Assist with venue sourcing, site inspections, event setup and event logistics.

-Coordinate accommodation, transportation, meals, guest arrangements and other hospitality requirements.

-Prepare event proposals, presentations, quotations, budgets, schedules and other project documentation.

-Manage event timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed according to client requirements.

-Support on-site event operations and ensure a smooth and professional guest experience.

-Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective project execution.

-Assist in developing creative event concepts, themes, décor, branding and guest experiences.

-Monitor project budgets, costs and supplier deliverables.

-Resolve operational issues and provide quick, practical solutions during events.

-Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, hotels and other industry partners.

Requirements

-Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Events Management, Tourism, Business Management or a related field.

-Previous experience in hospitality, events, MICE or project management is an advantage.

-Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.

-Able to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.

-Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

-Willing to travel and work during events, including weekends or after office hours when required.

-Creative thinking and a good eye for design, styling, presentation and details will be a strong advantage.

-Positive attitude, energetic, responsible and able to work well independently as well as in a team.
