Event Project Manager

Key responsibilities

• Source, survey, and negotiate event locations
• Communicate with venues to identify requirements and gather event information
• Develop detailed work plans, including activity schedules
• Coordinate all aspects of the event, including venue selection and permitting
• Oversee event preparations, including venue setup and other logistical arrangements
• Ensure all event activities proceed according to plan, including handling potential issues and managing necessary changes

About you

• Bachelor's degree in MICE, hospitality, PR, management, or a related field
• Prior experience in event planning and organization, whether in a corporate or external setting
• Solid understanding of event logistics, budget management, and venue contract negotiations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
• Ability to collaborate within a team, lead, and work independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
