Event Project Operations Executive

We are looking for an Event Project Operations Executive to coordinate multiple event projects and ensure that operational deliverables are completed efficiently, on time, and according to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational activities across multiple event projects.
• Coordinate project requirements between clients, creative, production, and operations teams.
• Prepare project trackers, timelines, checklists, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with vendors for fabrication, printing, branding, AV, dcor, logistics, and manpower.
• Collect and evaluate vendor quotations.
• Assist with BOQs, purchase orders, and work orders.
• Conduct venue inspections and coordinate site requirements.
• Track project budgets, material requirements, and deliverables.
• Supervise event setup and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate on-ground teams during event days.
• Identify operational risks and coordinate corrective action.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout event execution.
• Coordinate dismantling and project closure.
• Prepare post-event reports and maintain project records.
