Event Project Supervisor (Full Time)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible as one of the key person in project scheduling and resource allocation
• Responsible for the key milestones on the projects
• Work out and confirm project implementation plan with all related stakeholders, including vendor, guest speakers, and participants that assigned by senior
• Closely follow up on project progress and make necessary amendments to the project arrangement when needed
• Support and execute on-site operational duties
• Handle new enquiries and follow-up actions

Job Requirements

• At least 1-year working experience in organizing events or project management
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized, energetic and good team player
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., LLMs) to enhance productivity in writing, research, and project planning
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Mandarin
• Immediate availability is preferred
