Event Sales Associate

Reign Promotions is looking for an Event Sales Associate in California. If you’re personable, organized, and enjoy helping people make informed decisions, this could be a great opportunity to build your professional experience.

In this role, you’ll meet with customers, learn about Frontier services, and guide customers through available options and enrollment steps. You’ll be an important part of creating a smooth and welcoming customer experience from the first conversation through the enrollment process.

What You’ll Do as an Event Sales Associate

• Connect with customers in a friendly, professional manner and create a positive experience throughout each interaction.
• Introduce Frontier services, features, promotions, and available options based on each customer’s needs.
• Ask questions, listen carefully, and provide accurate information to help customers make informed decisions.
• Guide customers through enrollment requirements, account details, and next steps with clear and attentive support.
• Respond to customer questions and explain service information in a straightforward, easy-to-understand way.
• Maintain accurate customer and enrollment information while following established procedures and service standards.
• Communicate with teammates and leadership to support daily customer engagement, sales objectives, and team priorities.

What We’re Looking For in an Event Sales Associate

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Friendly and professional communication style.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning new products, services, and procedures.
• Ability to build rapport with different types of customers.
• Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
