The Role

We’re looking for a versatile and enthusiastic events salesperson to join our team. This is a hands-on role with customer-facing sales, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in both practical and social environments.

You will be moving to Canterbury or Oxford to do the Christmas markets there. You will be put up in an Airbnb with another member of exsiting staff. The markets run 7 days a week but you will be doing 5 days. This does include every weekend.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement:

Represent the brand at Christmas markets, events, and tastings

Educate customers about mead, flavours, and production methods

Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge

Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems

What We’re Looking For

Interest in craft beverages, brewing, or food production

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn and get hands-on in a production environment

Ability to work weekends and attend events when required

Physically able to lift and move stock when needed

Desirable (but not essential):

Interest in LARP, reenactment, DnD, Cosplay etc desirable

Previous experience in brewing, hospitality, or retail

Food hygiene certification

Driving licence
