Job Description

Ornato Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, confident, and target-driven Event Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or event sales, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to generate leads, handle clients, and convert enquiries into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and business opportunities for events and hospitality services.
• Handle corporate and individual client enquiries professionally.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Prepare event proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth event planning and execution.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality sales, event sales, or a similar role is mandatory.
• Excellent fluency in English, both verbal and written, is mandatory.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in lead generation, client handling, and sales conversion.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Confident, professional, and presentable personality.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
