What they need
- Generate new business opportunities for weddings, conferences, seminars, meetings, exhibitions, and social events.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and venue tours.
- Prepare event proposals, quotations, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs).
- Negotiate pricing, packages, and event terms with clients.
- Coordinate event requirements including schedules, layouts, menus, audiovisual needs, and guest accommodations.
- Liaise with banquet, culinary, front office, housekeeping, and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, event organizers, wedding coordinators, and travel agencies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and event industry developments.
- Participate in trade fairs, networking activities, and hotel promotional events.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall hotel revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and booking calendars.
