💰 Basic Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,200

💰 + Sales Incentive / Commission

📍 Based in Klang Valley

🚗 Must be willing to travel outstation

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Event Sales Supervisor to join our team!

Your job is not just to attend events — you will be responsible for leading Part-Time Promoters, managing event operations and driving sales performance.

【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

• Lead & manage Part-Time Promoters during events

• Achieve personal & team sales targets

• Brief promoters before events and assign duties

• Monitor promoter attendance, discipline & sales performance

• Handle event setup and closing

• Ensure products, samples and event materials are prepared properly

• Check event stock before & after events

• Handle basic on-site issues independently

• Assist with Shopee order packing when required

• Report event sales results and stock after each event

• Attend different types of events, including markets, roadshows and exhibitions

• Travel outstation when required

【WORKING SCHEDULE】

This is an event-based position, so working days may include:

• Markets / Roadshows

• Exhibitions

• Weekend Events

• Friday, Saturday & Sunday events

• Outstation Events

Working hours and off days will be arranged according to the event schedule.

【WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR】

✓ Comfortable talking to customers and doing sales

✓ Able to lead and manage Part-Time Promoters

✓ Responsible and able to work independently

✓ Able to follow company event arrangements

✓ Good communication and problem-solving skills

✓ Willing to work weekends when events are scheduled

✓ Willing to travel outstation

✓ Able to handle pressure during busy events

✓ Sales / promoter / event experience is an advantage

✓ Own transport is an advantage
