We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our Miami office. This entry-level role focuses on supporting in-person marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and sales initiatives while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the execution of face-to-face marketing campaigns

* Engage with customers during promotional events and outreach initiatives

* Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm

* Assist with customer acquisition and sales activities

* Help coordinate daily campaign operations and event logistics

* Build positive relationships with customers and team members

* Monitor campaign activities and share observations with leadership

* Participate in training sessions and leadership development opportunities

Responsibilities:

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment

* Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required

* Must be authorized to work in the United States
