Event Security

Job Overview
We are looking for event security staff, to work at the Lincoln City football stadium.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and security.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entry and exit points to ensure only authorised individuals gain access.
• Respond promptly to incidents, including conflicts or emergencies.
• Maintain a visible presence on-site to deter anti-social behaviour and ensure compliance with venue policies.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Smartly dressed.
• Take instruction from the Head Of Event Security Manager and Event Security Supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid SIA Licence.
• First aid certification is desirable; candidates should be prepared to administer first aid when needed.
• Good customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people.
• Strong observational skills with an attention to detail, ensuring all activities are monitored effectively.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing potentially challenging situations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £15.00 per hour
