Duties

• Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies by implementing established emergency response procedures, including first aid, CPR, AED operation, and fire safety protocols
• Manage conflict de-escalation techniques to resolve disputes peacefully while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, accidents, or disturbances for review and follow-up
• Assist with crowd management through effective communication and conflict management strategies to ensure a safe environment
• Perform background checks on staff or vendors as required to uphold security compliance standards

Skills

• Proven experience in physical security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation
• Strong understanding of access control systems and security regulations compliance
• Skilled in performing background checks and conducting thorough incident report writing
• Certified in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and fire safety procedures; additional certifications such as Taser handling or firearm handling are advantageous
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflict calmly and professionally
• Capable of heavy lifting and manual handling to assist with equipment setup or emergency situations
