Event Security Staff

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job description: This is for EVENT SECURITY that will be located in San Francisco, CA (Bay Area)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary duty will be to monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, violence, or any other unauthorized activities.

Duties:- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals- Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents and take appropriate action- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional manner- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Skills:- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively- Knowledge of basic law enforcement procedures and protocols- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and techniques- Ability to remain alert, focused, and vigilant at all times- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Physical fitness to perform regular patrols and respond quickly to emergencies- Arrives on time and prepared for shift
