Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards and adhering to food safety guidelines
• Clear tables promptly and bus stations to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address special dietary requests
• Provide attentive guest relations by answering questions, offering menu suggestions, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging tables, linens, and service stations
• Uphold all food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards throughout each shift

Requirements

• Prior experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is highly preferred
• Culinary experience or banquet service background is a plus
• Strong guest services skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and proper serving techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during special events as needed
