Job Overview

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the event
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and safety standards
• Assist with food preparation and bartending duties as needed to support event operations
• Ensure all tables are set up correctly and maintained throughout the event duration
• Respond promptly to guest requests, addressing any concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Clear tables, reset service stations, and assist with cleanup at the end of each event
• Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth, high-quality guest experiences in a lively setting

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred; experience in hospitality or food service is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach
• Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper serving techniques
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in bartending or food preparation is advantageous but not required
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Prior hotel or event experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory
