Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and energetic Event Setup Assistant to support the preparation and organization of promotional events. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, organizing materials, and working as part of a team to create professional event environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing event spaces before promotional activities.
• Help unpack, organize, and position event materials.
• Assist with transporting and moving supplies as needed.
• Ensure event areas are clean, organized, and ready for attendees.
• Help prepare customer-facing displays and promotional areas.
• Support team members with event preparation and setup activities.
• Check materials and supplies for completeness and visible damage.
• Communicate supply or setup concerns to team members.
• Assist with maintaining an organized event environment throughout activities.
• Help with event breakdown, packing, and cleanup.
• Follow established safety and workplace guidelines.
• Assist with general event responsibilities as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Comfortable performing hands-on physical tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move event materials.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous event, hospitality, retail, warehouse, production, or setup experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $4,270.75 - $5,143.27 per month
