Our dedicated team is now looking for Event Set-Up Crew for Go Media Stadium, Penrose, Auckland.

This is exciting

At Ovation, we are building a Special Events crew that is going to set the standard of large-scale catering and hospitality in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific.

We have 30 to 50 service nights a year and a lot of the work will be weekday set-up, with a couple of evenings a fortnight (it varies). For hospo workers, this means you can actually have a social life again!

This job is hard, and we do not shy away from it. A lot of planning and setup goes into making stunning events look effortless. If you have ever considered a career in event management, you'll learn more with us than in any school.

We need some experienced heads, but we are also very open to little or no experience. The most important thing in our eyes is attitude – and someone who is with us to learn and grow.

What we’re looking for

-            Having a positive, passionate and “can-do” attitude is key

-            You need to be calm, positive, and solution-focused in busy environments

-            The role will also need flexible availability including weekends, evenings and major events
