Event Setup Crew Member

Duties

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of Tents, Inflatables, Dance Floors, Tables and Chairs, and other Event Items.
• Load, unload, and organize event supplies and materials efficiently and safely
• Maintain equipment before and after setup, including cleaning and wiping down
• Ensure all equipment is properly installed and functioning
• Follow detailed setup instructions to meet event specifications and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any setup issues quickly and effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas before, during, and after events
• Support event staff during the event by making adjustments to setups as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods throughout setup and breakdown processes
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols and quality standards
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and proactive communication style
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or early mornings depending on event schedules
• Prior experience in event setup or related physical labor roles is a plus but not required
• Basic understanding of tents, inflatables, or staging is advantageous but not mandatory
