Position Overview

Impactia Corp is seeking reliable and hardworking Event Setup Staff for an immediate start to assist with the preparation and breakdown of event spaces. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading event equipment and materials
• Set up event spaces, including tables, displays, signage, and equipment
• Break down and pack materials after events
• Follow setup instructions and event layouts accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support team members and event coordinators on-site

Requirements:

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
