Event Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events across the Asia Pacific and Middle East region
• Organize and manage a wide range of events, including:
  • Public relations and corporate communications events
  • Internal and external seminars, conferences, and industry forums
  • Media engagement and press events
  • Internal town halls, employee communications sessions, corporate gatherings, and staff engagement initiatives
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) programs and events
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful event delivery and a high-quality participant experience.
• Oversee event logistics, communications, and execution while maintaining alignment with regional business objectives and brand standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Event Management, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
• A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Demonstrates energy, enthusiasm, initiative, accountability, and keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience in event management, either within an agency environment or an in-house corporate setting, is highly preferred.
