Event Staff

Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and dependable Event Staff to assist with promotional events, customer engagement activities, and in-person outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, contributing to a team, and gaining hands-on experience in events, promotions, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with promotional events and customer engagement activities.
• Help prepare event materials, displays, and supplies.
• Support event setup, organization, and breakdown.
• Welcome attendees and provide friendly assistance.
• Engage with customers and prospective customers throughout events.
• Communicate information about products, services, and promotions.
• Answer customer questions and identify customer needs.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
• Assist team members with promotional activities and event responsibilities.
• Gather customer feedback and share relevant observations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
