Event Staff

Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Event Staff to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting a variety of events, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle diverse responsibilities in fast-paced settings. Previous experience in events, guest services, or hospitality is a plus. This position offers an engaging work environment where you can develop valuable skills in customer service, conflict management, and event coordination.

Background check and drug test are required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and overall organization to ensure smooth operations
• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout the event
• Work with other team members well
• Support food service operations and maintain cleanliness in designated areas
• Engage with guests of all ages, including children, to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Use public speaking skills to provide information or instructions as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure event success and guest satisfactionExperience
• Skills in conflict management and guest services are highly valued
• Strong communication skills, including public speaking and customer interaction capabilities
• Ability to handle time constraints
• Previous experience in hospitality or event settings will help ensure a seamless integration into the team but are not mandatory
