About job:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Event Staff member to join our team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will assist with event setup, coordination, and on-site operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, hands-on environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, including arranging equipment, materials, and signage
• Support loading and unloading of event supplies and equipment
• Help organize and prepare materials needed for daily event operations
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized event spaces throughout the event
• Assist with directing guests and managing crowd flow when needed
• Provide general support to event coordinators and operations staff

Requirements:

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous event, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
