We organise events across Houston and are looking for reliable, energetic people to join our Event Staff team. We need people who enjoy working with others, take responsibility for their part of the event and are happy to step in wherever support is needed.

Our calendar includes corporate events, trade shows, festivals, exhibitions and brand activations. This is a full-time Event Staff position, with evening and weekend availability required because many of our events take place outside standard office hours.

Be part of the action

• Help set up venues before each event
• Welcome guests and manage event registration
• Distribute passes, wristbands and promotional materials
• Support corporate events, festivals and trade shows
• Assist with exhibition stands and brand activations
• Direct attendees and help manage queues
• Keep event spaces stocked, organised and presentable
• Communicate updates to event leads and venue teams
• Respond quickly when schedules or guest numbers change
• Help with event breakdown and equipment pack-up
