Event Staff

SSEC is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our Event Staff team for the Eagles Youth Football Clinics. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on event operations experience while helping create memorable moments for young athletes and their families. Event Staff play a key role in ensuring each clinic runs smoothly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, preparation, and breakdown.
• Manage participant check-in and registration.
• Welcome and interact with athletes, parents, and families in a friendly, professional manner.
• Support event operations and help resolve issues as they arise.
• Assist with equipment, materials, and event load-out.
• Work collaboratively with fellow staff members to ensure each event runs efficiently.

Position Details:

• Event Staff positions are paid (per event) and each event staff member is provided with an event shirt.
• If hired, you will have the opportunity to work multiple events at the Philadelphia Eagles Practice Facility as well as at surrounding sports venues. Each event is announced roughly 2 months out and you are given the chance to sign up to work events that fit your schedule.

Background Checks:

• Due to Pennsylvania requirements for individuals working with children, in order to be eligible to work the Eagles Youth Football Clinics, selected candidates must successfully complete and pass all required background clearances before working their first event. Applicants may apply before completing these clearances.
• If you have completed these clearances within the past two years and can provide verification, you do not need to complete them again. In addition to the three clearances listed below, all staff must successfully complete and pass a separate online background screening before being officially hired for events.
