The Badlander Complex has immediate openings for event staff / security positions. Applicant should be well kept, personable and engaging. Applicant should have full schedule availability.

Event Staff personnel assist in the logistical management of live music, DJ, and special events. Their primary responsibilities include preparing venue and setting up chairs and stages for events, greeting patrons as they enter the establishment, IDing, helping bartenders and bar backs stock, keeping venue and surrounding areas safe, clean, and functioning properly. Other duties include but are not limited to addressing patron concerns in a friendly and courteous manner, keeping the entrances and exits of the facility clear, surveying the facility for any hazards that may exist and knowing evacuation routes in case of emergency, continuous communication with the management, provide feedback about event participant behavior, identify common problems and solutions, perform other duties as assigned

Pay: $14/hr + TIPS
