Event Supervisor

Position Summary:

Will be responsible for on-ground supervision and execution of events, ensuring that all event-related arrangements are properly completed before, during, and after the event. The role will involve regular checking of flex work, stage setup, sound, lighting, dcor, branding, seating, backstage arrangements, housekeeping, vendors, and overall event readiness.

Note:

The candidate must be comfortable working according to the event schedule and operational requirements, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night hours whenever required.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect the event venue before the event and ensure all arrangements are completed as per requirements.

Check stage, flex/branding, backdrops, banners, standees, seating, dcor, lighting and other event infrastructure.

Coordinate with vendors, production teams, decorators, sound and lighting teams.

Ensure all required materials and equipment are available at the venue before the event starts.

Check the size, quantity, placement and condition of flexes, banners and branding material.

Ensure branding is installed at the correct locations and as per approved design.

Check stage backdrop, welcome boards, standees, directional signage and sponsor branding.

Ensure removal of branding material after the event.

Monitor stage setup, stage backdrop, podium, furniture and other stage requirements.

Coordinate with sound, lighting, LED/screen and production teams.

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; Event Management/Hospitality/Management qualification will be an advantage.

Experience: 1 year of experience in event operations, event supervision, hospitality, production, exhibitions, weddings, concerts, university events or related fields.
