Event Supervisor

About the role

Event Supervisor responsible for the coordination of projects at a restricted area venue. You will supervise and manage front-line event helpers, oversee daily operations, handle visitor inquiries and incidents, track operational data, and support training of new team members.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and manage front-line event helpers
• Coordinate daily shift rosters, station assignments, and break schedules to ensure seamless operation
• Ensure smooth operation of interactive zones and queue management
• Maintain crowd control, site safety, and a welcoming environment for visitors
• Handle visitor inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally
• Troubleshoot basic equipment or technical glitches with technical support and escalate critical incidents immediately to upper management according to protocol
• Accurately track daily visitor footfall, popular gaming stations, equipment status, and operational highlights
• Compile and submit comprehensive daily reports to the Project Manager on time
• Assist in onboarding and training new helpers on venue workflows, activity guidelines, and customer service standards

About you

• Associate Degree holder, Bachelor Degree holder or above
• Minimum 2 years relevant project experience in event or with relevant work experience in agency, exhibition or event company
• Strong interest in the exhibition and event industry
• Previous experience in exhibition or event project coordination is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Highly proactive, responsible, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
• Able to work independently, under pressure, with attention to details and strong problem-solving ability
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
