Event Supervisor

Chery Indonesia is the local subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese automotive company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of passenger vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end event strategies aligned with sales goals and brand identity.
• Manage monthly and quarterly event calendars, including test drives, launches, and activations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver impactful brand experiences.
• Oversee event execution, team coordination, vendor management, and on-ground operations.
• Track event performance (ROI, leads, conversion) and ensure cost-effective execution.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in event execution, preferably in automotive, lifestyle, or event agencies.
• Strong knowledge of brand activation and experiential marketing.
• Proven ability to drive customer engagement and support sales through events.
• Excellent project management, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
