Responsibilities
Assist with the planning and coordination of events, including setup, logistics, and breakdown activities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing attendee inquiries, guiding guests, and resolving issues promptly
Coordinate with catering teams, banquet staff, and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to contracts
Maintain a high level of organization by managing schedules, timelines, and detailed event documentation
Collaborate with team members to ensure all aspects of the event meet quality standards and client expectations

Skills
Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and guest services
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
Background in hospitality industry settings such as hotels, restaurants, or catering services is highly desirable
Leadership qualities to guide teams during events and coordinate multiple vendors effectively
Technical proficiency in audio-visual equipment setup or other event technology is a plus
