Events | Client Support | Project Delivery
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the detail, pace and variety of event delivery and wants to develop their career within a professional events environment.
Working alongside Account Managers and event teams, you will play an important role in helping to plan and deliver client events and programmes — making sure that everything is organised, communicated and delivered to the highest possible standard.
You will be involved in the detail and execution of events , working with clients, venues, designers and third-party suppliers, whilst keeping schedules, budgets, documentation and logistics on track.
The role would suit someone who is highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable working to tight deadlines , with the confidence to communicate effectively with both clients and suppliers.
Importantly, this is a role where you will be expected to get involved and make things happen , rather than simply administer from the sidelines.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting Account Managers with the planning and delivery of events and projects
- Helping develop schedules, budgets and project documentation
- Liaising with clients, venues, designers and external suppliers
- Monitoring progress against project schedules and deadlines
- Helping ensure events are delivered within agreed budgets and margins
- Preparing event guides, equipment lists and packing lists
- Coordinating billing, purchase orders and expenses with the finance team
- Identifying and escalating issues when required
- Maintaining high standards of client service and communication
What they’re looking for
You don't necessarily need years of events experience. What matters is that you are bright, organised, accurate and naturally good with people .
You should be comfortable managing detail, juggling competing priorities and taking responsibility for getting things done. Good written and verbal communication skills are important, as is the confidence to deal professionally with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
The company will also invest in your training and development , including areas such as event management, project planning, presentation and report writing.
If you're looking for a role where you can learn quickly, take on responsibility and build a career in events, this could be an interesting opportunity to explore.
