We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented Events & Client Engagement Executive to support the planning and execution of corporate workshops, networking sessions, client appreciation events, and business engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage corporate events, seminars, workshops, and networking sessions
• Liaise with clients, guests, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution
• Assist in venue setup, event logistics, registration, and attendee coordination
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and event participants
• Support marketing and promotional activities for upcoming events
• Manage event schedules, bookings, and administrative documentation
• Gather feedback and prepare post-event reports
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all attendees

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Enjoy working with people and managing multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in events, hospitality, customer service, sales, or marketing is advantageous
