Events and Partnership

Accountabilities:

• Responsible for ensuring that all deliverables between partners and RX are successfully fulfilled and maintain strong relationship wit existing and new Media Partners per show. ​
• Editing or resizing of assets such as banner, print ads and email blasts.
• Communicating other assets needed to marketing team; social media posts and email blasts.​​
• Ensuring that digital pub bin page and logos are updated with the latest information from partners.​
• Sending shipping labels and acquiring tracking numbers​​
• Generating data reports using Google Analytics.​​
• Monitoring and updating of partner master tracker.

Job Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelors degree

• Strong Marketing or event industry background (specifically in fulfillment process)

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced events environment

• Experience or background with Adobe apps, Canva

• Experience using CRM tool (Salesforce etc.) is a plus

• Good stakeholder management

• Strong English communication skills

• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
