We’re looking for motivated people in Edinburgh who want to gain hands-on experience in events, customer engagement, promotions, and team activity—with training and support from day one.

No sitting on the sidelines. You’ll learn by getting involved.

Your Role as an Events Assistant

You won’t be expected to know everything on your first day.

You’ll start by learning the business from the ground up, building experience across customer engagement, event support, promotions, sales, and daily operations. As your confidence grows, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility.

You’ll learn how to:

• Represent brands professionally at events and promotional campaigns
• Deliver great customer experiences and build strong relationships
• Engage confidently with customers and members of the public
• Support the organisation and smooth running of events
• Work towards individual and team performance goals
• Understand what drives sales and business growth
• Help create a positive, energetic atmosphere
• Handle challenges calmly and communicate effectively
• Take increasing responsibility for event and campaign performance
