Events Assistant

As our Events Assistant, you will be working in close relations with our operations and marketing team. You will be required to plan and host events within our outlets and create memories with the visitors of Kiztopia. You will be the ambassador for all in-house events where you will also curate content for the marketing team to post on social media.

Responsibilities:

• Manage birthday party, school visit, group visit enquiries and provide quotation and planning of events
• Maintain a high standard of customer service
• Record keeping and organization of events across all Kiztopia locations in Hong Kong
• Curation and execution of monthly activities and games within our outlets
• Proactive in sourcing talent for performances and vendors to add value to our services
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above
• Outgoing personality with experience in hosting and planning events
• Must be extremely organized and pay attention to fine details
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Five days’ work and need to work on Saturday or Sunday each week
• Candidates with video editing skills will be considered an asset
• Frequent travel to Kiztopia shops around Hong Kong
