Events Associate

HeyDouble is looking for an energetic, organised and people-oriented Events Coordinator to bring our singles events to life.

From speed dating and social mixers to creative singles experiences, you’ll be responsible for making sure every event runs smoothly — from planning and guest management to on-site execution and post-event follow-up.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and coordinate singles events, speed dating sessions, mixers and social experiences
• Manage the end-to-end event process, from planning and registrations to on-site execution and follow-up
• Manage event logistics including venues, vendors, schedules, guest lists and event materials
• Monitor registrations and ensure the right gender balance and participant mix
• Be the face of HeyDouble at events, welcoming guests and creating a fun, warm and engaging atmosphere
• Host or support event activities and ensure guests have a positive experience
• Work closely with the marketing and matchmaking teams to drive event registrations and create a seamless customer journey
• Gather guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve future events
• Track event performance, attendance and basic event P&L / budgets

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in events, hospitality, customer experience, marketing or community management is preferred
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Energetic, outgoing and comfortable meeting and speaking to new people
• Confident handling event situations and solving problems on the spot
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are a strong advantage
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends and during event hours
• Passionate about creating great experiences and helping people connect

主要職責

• 策劃及執行單身活動、Speed Dating、社交聚會及主題活動
• 負責活動的全流程管理，由前期策劃、報名、現場執行至活動後跟進
• 管理活動場地、供應商、流程、參加者名單及活動物資
• 管理報名人數，確保合適的男女比例及參加者組合
• 作為 HeyDouble 活動現場的品牌代表，接待參加者並營造輕鬆、友善及有趣的氣氛
• 協助主持活動及帶領遊戲或互動環節，確保參加者有良好的活動體驗
• 與市場營銷及配對團隊合作，提高活動報名率並打造完整的客戶體驗
• 收集參加者意見，持續改善未來活動
• 跟進活動表現、出席率及基本的活動預算及損益（P&L）

我們正在尋找

• 具備活動策劃、酒店服務、客戶體驗、市場營銷或社群管理經驗者優先
• 組織能力強，注重細節
• 外向、有活力，喜歡認識及與新朋友交流
• 能夠獨立處理突發情況並即時解決問題
• 具備良好的溝通及人際交往能力
• 流利英文；懂粵語及普通話者優先
• 能配合晚上、週末及活動時間工作
• 熱愛創造精彩體驗，並對幫助人與人之間建立連結有熱誠
