Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a diverse range of menu items tailored to each event’s theme and guest preferences
• Ensure all food preparation meets strict food safety and hygiene standards
• Set up catering stations with appropriate utensils, serving dishes, and presentation elements
• Serve food professionally, engaging with guests to enhance their experience
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate timing and service flow
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, equipment, and serving stations throughout the event
• Responsible for stock levels and notifying management of supply needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or catering roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and meal presentation skills
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen hygiene
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills for serving guests courteously and professionally
• Prior experience in event catering or large-scale meal preparation is preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during special events as needed

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
