Events Coordinator All cities | Part-time About Us We’re building a digital Soho House for niche communities. Lox Club, our first chapter, is a private community “for Jew-ish people with ridiculously high standards.” Like a deli, it’s culturally jewish but anyone can enjoy it. We’re evolving into our next phase of growth and launching new chapters, each designed as an immersive experience tailored to its niche.
It’s a pivotal time for Lox, and we want you to be part of the journey.
The Role Lox Club is rapidly expanding to new cities around the world. Our social calendar is jam packed, and we’re hiring event coordinators to help us plan events and be our eyes and ears on the ground. Yes, your job is to plan and go to parties.
What You’ll Do
Plan events hosted by Lox Club including but not limited to venue scouting and booking, guest list curation, and guest communications. This includes planning Lox Club’s curated dinner series.
Attend Lox Club events and serve as the on-site point of contact for venue staff and event guests.
Manage event flow; take note of observations and feedback from the event.
Capture photo and video content.
Handle guest list and check-in.
Who You Are
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- You can trouble shoot on the fly.
- Excited to provide feedback and ideas that will help shape and improve Lox Club events.
- Low ego, high energy.
- Prior event planning experience preferred.
