- Problem-Solving: Calm efficiency when handling last-minute schedule adjustments or supplier queries on live event days.
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional spoken and written communication when dealing with clients, venue managers, and delegates.
- Hands-on Attitude: A practical approach to getting stuck in on setup days, from floor arrangements to tech checks.
Practical Training & Growth
You will work directly alongside our Senior Event Managers, gaining practical experience across every stage of live event delivery:
- Structured training on event management software, supplier contract coordination, and floorplan planning tools.
- Weekly catch-ups to review upcoming schedules, refine your project plans, and receive constructive feedback.
