Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Events Director to lead the planning, development, and execution of corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities. The successful candidate will oversee event operations, manage budgets, build client relationships, and ensure events meet business objectives and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Develop event strategies, concepts, and execution plans.
• Oversee event planning, logistics, production, and on-site operations.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, suppliers, and external partners.
• Lead and coordinate event teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Build relationships with clients, sponsors, venues, and stakeholders.
• Monitor event performance, feedback, and return on investment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant event permits, safety requirements, and regulations.
• Diploma or degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in event management, production, or project leadership.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent budgeting, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
